Automatic vs. reviewed changes
High-confidence normalizations (e.g. "USA" → "United States") can be auto-applied based on your workspace settings. Uncertain operations always require reviewer action.

- Duplicate merges below confidence threshold
- Records with conflicting email or phone across merge candidates
- Inferred company name from email domain
- Any deletion or record suppression
Export gate
Clean CSV export is blocked until all flagged review items are resolved or explicitly skipped by an authorized reviewer.
